5 Tips for Good Mental Health

1.Foundation - Build your foundation on that of FAITH! (That you will survive/thrive this journey)
If the foundation is week, so will your results be.  Become a Prayer Warrior! BE STILL AND KNOW!
Side note:
Building your IMMUNE SYSTEM plays a big part of that Foundation!)
EAT LIVE FOODS! NOT Processed foods! ALL THE FOODS WE LOVE!)

2. Optimistic - Remain positive by ANY MEANS NECESSARY!
Put on the Sounds of Blackness and play the song OPTIMISTIC!
DO NOT ENGAGE IN FEARFUL OR NEGATIVE CONVERSATIONS!
YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK!


3. TALK - Talk to your family, clergy, loved ones, neighbors. Don't keep your feelings bottled up!
YOU WILL IMPLODE from Anxiety! Fear, etc. Share what you are feeling.  You must get it out!


4. Education yourself! Contact your chosen Medical Professional/Healer/Naprapath/INNER SPIRIT
DON'T DEPEND ON THEM SOLEY! THEY ARE OVERWHELMED TOO!
Research YOUTUBE VIDEOS! There's plenty information on line.  Your spirit will guide you!
Trust and believe the word of the Creator!


5.Practice what you Preach!  Don't tell others to do things you aren't doing yourself.
Let us be MINDFUL Together!

We were put on this planet for a time such as this!
You would not be here if our LIFE, SCHOOL ASSIGNMENT, was not complete!
You are here for a reason, you may not understand, but when you get QUIET! BE STILL! The answers will flow! Some sooner than others.

Much more insight comes with FASTING!
ONE DAY A WEEK WON'T KILL YOU!
Besides, it gives your inner organs (liver, heart, lungs, intestines, a chance to rest!)
We use them 24/7 and don't even think about it!

When they are overworked, that's when we feel the pain/side affects from too much
processed food!

You have NO CONTROL over what goes on in the world, but you do have control over
WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH
and
WHAT YOU ALLOW YOUR BRAIN TO INGEST!

DIGEST for the body,
INGEST for the mind!

Same thing!
