Many of you know I had an accident 2013 that left me with chronic pain!
I knew I didn't want to be on a controlled substance (pain drugs) the rest of my life,
so I began to research, along with pain therapy!
The pain therapy is an ongoing process
(and will probably continue as long as I have pins in my ankle!)
One thing I am learning is that my current decision affects my future health.
Gardening/Plant Therapy is one of those choices.

As I listened to Health & Wellness on Friday's show
with Viyahta, I began to do my own research!
She always says, "DON'T BELIEVE ME, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!)
So on my journey of discovery, I discovered a new device
(pretty much like the old Stem Pad treatment I used to take!)
Because of this experience, I can now share what I'm learning in the health industry!
So very grateful to be a part of this learning/healing experience!
I'm working out daily, walking, stretching, sitting in the sun (Vitamin D!)
My Doctor told me I HAD TO GET MORE VITAMIN D
because of my prior bone injury!)
So in my quest to feel better and get better nutrition and keep the pain away,
I discovered a young lady (Judi Suson)
whom I met in 2016 at The Diabetes Expo,
McCormick Place, Chicago!
During our conversation, I discovered she was a former diabetic too!
Over the years I kept in touch with her, and lo and behold, I am so glad I did!
She introduced me to a healing apparatus called healy,
I was so excited to have something else available to me for the pain!
(Besides PAIN KILLERS that also kill your Liver, etc.)
So I share with you today what's working for me!
